Porchaven is organized around four themed neighborhood Havens, each with its own commons area, gathering spaces, and personality. Whether you are drawn to adventure, quiet nature and wellness, lifelong learning, or graceful 55+ living, a Haven is designed with you in mind.
Compass Haven
Learning & Life Skills
A curious, creative Haven for children, families, adults, mentors, life skills, arts, discovery, and lifelong learning — where every age has something to teach and learn. All the traditional subjects will be taught in a creative, experiential way.

The Discovery Academy (Our "school")
The Discovery Academy is a creative learning commons with maker spaces, classrooms, studios, and gathering areas where residents of every age can teach, learn, and create together. This academy will be a hybrid of learning together & homeschooling for those parents who want this. The building will have one wall with garage-like doors that open up into nature. The outdoors will include a safe, imaginative tree house - great for climbing & enhancing motor skills! Children of all ages will learn how to start & maintain gardens, i.e butterfly & vegetable.
Venture Haven
Adventure & FUN
A lively, sun-filled Haven where residents and guests of all ages can play, explore, splash, laugh, and make lasting memories together.

The Adventure Hub
The Adventure Hub is the heart of Venture — a vibrant indoor/outdoor commons with water features, play structures, gathering lawns, in‑ground trampolines, and welcoming spaces for neighborhood events, picnics, and spontaneous fun.
Grove Haven
Nature & Gardens
A peaceful, earth-rooted Haven focused on trees, gardens, trails, and outdoor restoration — a place to breathe, wander, and feel grounded.

The Preserve Pavilion
The Preserve Pavilion is an outdoor gathering space surrounded by native plants, garden beds, and shaded seating — a place to gather, reflect, and reconnect with the natural world. The Renewal Retreat is also part of Grove Haven — an indoor/outdoor wellness commons with movement studios, quiet gardens, healing spaces, and gathering areas designed to support whole-person wellbeing. Professionals from most healing categories will be practicing here.

A welcoming 55+ Haven where residents enjoy friendship, comfort, beauty, wellness, dining, and graceful everyday living with private spaces to gather and celebrate.
