Benefits are educational and participatory. Workshops, calls, briefings, gatherings, check-ins, and small-group conversations depend on Porchaven's development stage, schedule, eligibility requirements, and available capacity. Dates, formats, registration details, and participation limits will be shared in advance.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Billing, renewal, cancellation, benefit eligibility, and any promotional-rate terms will be disclosed before enrollment.
Future-resident benefits support informed exploration and preparation. Benefits depend on eligibility, schedule, and capacity. Membership does not guarantee residency, housing, lot availability, placement, ownership, equity, investment access, or preferential treatment.
